2012 EAF Club Championships

Entry has now closed.

The PDI Championship will be held after the EAF AGM on Sunday 12th February 2012 at The Latton Bush Centre in Harlow, CM18 7BL. Start time will be no earlier than 11.30am.  (The AGM starts at 10am, doors open 9.30am.)

***There will now be a coffee shop open for drinks, sandwiches and cakes/snacks.****

Tickets for the PDI will be £5 on the door. They will be purchased on entry to the hall either before or after the AGM. No tickets are sold in advance of 12th Feb.

Don't forget you can watch the championships even if your club is not taking part - then you might encourage them to do so next year.

The Print Championship will be held on Sunday 11th March 2012, at The Fulbourn Centre, 31 Home End, Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5BS. Ticket price will be £8 (in advance) which includes 2x tea/coffee, biscuits/cakes - the refreshments will be served on arrival and during the afternoon. You can purchase drinks at lunchtime.

For this venue it will be best to sell tickets in advance. Tickets will be available at the PDI Championship and then by post (SAE required) between the PDI and Print Championship. Start time will be 11.15am. Prints need to be handed in between 9.45am and 10.25am on the day. Doors open 9.45am.

Holding the championships on two days will ease timing on the day, something several member clubs raised at the 2011 AGM.  This will mean that Rule 6 has been deleted from the Sept 2011 Championship Rules - that of one image only being allowed one award on the one championship day.

Those clubs who have entered should have received their 'information pack' with titles lists, print labels and a map of the venue. If not please let me know. The Rules, reply slips and titles lists are all available on the Downloadable Docs page should you need further copies or wish to fill them in using the Microsoft 'Word' application.  If you need a new set of print labels please let me know and I will email you the documents.

Important Dates
Closing date for receipt of both PDI and Print entries was 7^th January 2012.

Last date for receipt of PDI images on a CD wais 21^st January 2012.

Prints are brought along on the Print Championship day, between 9.45am and 10.25am on 11th March 2012

The above dates are strictly adhered to, late entries or late images on CD will not be accepted.
